Instructors

Bryan Johanson
Bryan Johanson is the COO of the Adler Group, a consulting and training company specializing in hiring process reengineering. He has been consulting and training for the last 8 years with companies as diverse as Mellon Bank, Royal Canadian Bank, Kinecta Federal Credit Union, Arby's Restaurants, Panda Restaurant Group, REI, and the YMCA of the USA. His previous career includes over 15 years experience in management, the majority of which has been in high technology sales and marketing. His leadership experience in start-up companies and Fortune 500 companies has provided him with a unique perspective on the issues of hiring top talent.
Prior to The Adler Group, Mr. Johanson has held positions including Executive Vice President of POWER Hiring, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Enfish Technology, Director of Channel Programs and Services for Novell Inc., and Director of Channel Programs and Strategies for WordPerfect Corporation.
Bryan is the father of eight children and lives and works in Parker, CO.

Chris Prosser
Mr. Prosser has over 26 years of experience in industry, assisting clients with the application of technology to achieve their business objectives and more recently in helping them achieve their staffing objectives. He builds on his solid base of interpersonal skills, business ability and technical knowledge to provide marketing and consulting expertise to all levels of customer management in issues related to information processing.
While at KPMG, he was a Managing Director, Consulting Services, where he led the eastern arm of the KPMG J.D. Edwards implementation practice located in Toronto. After starting a business in the Health informatics field, Chris joined the Recruiting industry, where he was able to leverage his consulting and client relationship expertise to the benefit of his clients and candidates focusing especially in the ERP field.
Chris became a certified Performance-based Hiring recruiter (from the Adler Group) in 2007. He applied this methodology to his professional search services very successfully. In early 2008, Chris joined the Adler Group as the Director of Canadian Operations to assist in developing the Canadian market for the Performance-based Hiring methodology as well as teaching this approach.
Chris has worked in both the entrepreneurial market and within the corporate community (IBM, E&Y, KPMG) and has a client list that includes: GM, McKinsey, Mazda, xwave, Oracle, Erco, Direct Energy, Vincor and Axentia.
